Rosemarie Reid is a trauma-informed psychotherapist.  She is a firm believer that hurt people can either hurt or help people. She chose to help people through many years of social work and later in life becoming a  psychotherapist.  Her book is a truth telling story about her own trauma and how she transcended into adulthood.

For over three decades, Rosemarie has brought passion and dedication to her work as a licensed clinical social worker. Her Master's degree in Social Services from Bryn Mawr Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research is a testament to her commitment to helping others. But what truly sets Rosemarie apart is her own personal journey, one filled with trauma and hardships that led her to this career path. With a deep understanding of the emotional pain and shame that can hold individuals back, Rosemarie has made it her life's mission to guide men, women, and children down a path towards healing and happiness. Her unwavering determination to help her clients live their best lives is truly inspiring.
